Contact enquiries
Your name, email, organization, and message are transmitted over HTTPS to a short-lived serverless function. The function delivers the enquiry to a private operator communication channel, then discards the request.
Questionnaires
Your answers are validated and assembled into a private submission in memory. The submission is delivered to the AnyVault operator; the public site does not save the answers in an AnyVault database.
Where a copy remains
The operator’s private communication channel retains the delivered copy under the processing terms identified in the accepted DPA. A temporary questionnaire draft is stored only in your browser session so you can move between steps; it is cleared after successful delivery or when the browser session ends.
Security and abuse prevention
Cloudflare processes request metadata, browser signals, and a Turnstile token to protect public forms. AnyVault does not use advertising trackers or marketing analytics. Form contents are not intentionally written to application logs.
Strictly necessary security cookies
Cloudflare may set strictly necessary cookies such as __cf_bm, _cfuvid, and __cflb for bot detection, rate limiting, load balancing, and reliable delivery. These are security and delivery cookies, not AnyVault advertising cookies.
Because these technologies are provided from challenges.cloudflare.com, browsers and automated audits may classify them as third-party cookies.

You may use the short contact form first and arrange another transfer method before providing especially sensitive supporting documents.
